There 2 ways in DataQlick where sales persons can be tracked:

  1. Each user has its own login credentials and every invoice produced by that user his/her username will be attached to invoice and stored in database for future tracking in reports or exracts.
  2. Invoice contains field named Class
    This field is tracking category linked to QuickBooks Online (PLUS account only) and it can be used for any kind of tracking by sales person, by project, promotion, special allocation .. etc.
    Its multipurpose and very versatile.

When invoice is created in DataQlick first Create Invoice page will open up.
This is the place where Sales person can be assigned using Class field:
